Your health is more important than your kindness

Always ask yourself three questions:

  1. Why am I doing this for them?
  2. What do I miss because of giving them my time.
  3. Is it worth it?

Being nice is cool but don't be nice when it makes you wanna puke from the inside. Learn how to say no and learn how to not force a smile when you know you'll be broken afterwards because your'e being kind to the wrong people. Save your kindness for the ones who deserve it, it will change you, for better.

When you say yes to things you should say no to, you lose your identity, you lose yourself, slowly but surly you are not taking care of the things you care the most, and you give your time to others, with an expectation that they will keep loving you, the one who's doing "what's expected" from them.

You can do favors to others, but there's a difference between a favor and being taken advantage by, the border between them is thin and it's easily can go out of control, and it will take time and effort to fix your "over care".

If you always do someone favors, once you stop, it will look like your'e doing something wrong, especially from their eyes (and sometimes even more from your eyes). And so it's important to maintain control over this, keep an eye on who your'e helping and doing favors to, and always ask yourself three questions: 1. Why am I doing this for them? 2. What do I miss because of giving them my time. 3. Is it worth it?
